I throw a scoop into my shake after training and it literally has no taste at all — you’d never know it’s there. After about a week, I noticed I wasn’t feeling as beat up after sessions. Less soreness, and I feel like I can get back into the gym quicker without dragging myself in. Also seems to be helping my stomach feel a bit more settled, which is a nice bonus. El motivo por el cual les doy 1 estrella es por elegir la opción mas económica para realizar el envío (Correos - España) y lo explico: Eligir comprar directamente en "Optimun" porque tenían envíos exactamente a mi dirección. Tuve que interpretar que "correos" tenia mi pedido (NUNCA pasaron por mi casa por el volumen de la caja. No dejaron ni acuse de recibo de la visita) lo que causo que yo tuviese que ir y transportar el pedido personalmente y se supone que pague por ello. Por favor consideren empresas como GLS para los repartos en España, ya que "Correos" no funciona bien."
