- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a glass or heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water. Do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the water.
- Once melted, allow to cool for 5 minutes then beat in the eggs one at a time. Then beat in the sugar until it no longer feels grainy. Stir through a large pinch of salt and the vanilla extract.
- Next fold the flour and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Double Rich Chocolate Protein Powder through the chocolate mix until you can no longer see any flour.
- Pour the mix into your lined tin and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool completely in the tin before removing and slicing into 12 squares.
