Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake


  • ¾ cup (180g) unsweetened almond milk
  • ⅓ cup (82g) pumpkin pureé
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 (15g) graham cracker sheet
  • 1 scoop (31g) “Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey” powder, vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup (140g) ice

Optional garnishes: light whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and run until smooth and creamy.
