Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie Bowl
  1. Blend together almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, plain yoghurt and whey protein powder. If needed, stop the blender to scrape the slides and then continue to blend. Add a little more liquid if needed.
  2. Pour into a bowl. Top with peanut butter, chia seeds and fresh fruit.
  3. Eat immediately!
