Spiced Vanilla, Pear & Maple Porridge

Spiced vanilla, pear, and maple porridge topped with chopped pecans, served in a bowl with a spoon, alongside protein powder and maple syrup.
  1. Add oats, spices, chopped pear and milk to the saucepan. Cook through on a low – medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until your desired consistency is reached.
  2. Meanwhile, add chopped pecans to a small frying pan and toast on a low heat for a few minutes.
  3. Once your porridge is ready, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla protein powder.
  4. Pour into a bowl, top with the toasted chopped pecans and finally, drizzle with maple syrup.
