Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Balls

  • 100g Optimum Nutrition 100% Plant Protein
  • 60g Almond Meal
  • 70g Cashew Butter or Almond Butter
  • 25ml Maple Syrup
  • 80ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 40g Sugar free Choc Chips*
  • 10ml Vanilla Extract
  • Sea Salt
  • Stevia if desired for a sweeter taste *Optional

Directions

  1. Add the protein powder, almond meal, nut butter, maple syrup, sugarfree choc chips, vanilla extract and a few cracks of sea salt to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add 80ml unsweetened almond milk and start to mix the ingredients together to form a dough. Use your hands to properly knead the dough, adding extra splashes of almond milk if required to get your desired consistency.

  3. Taste the mixture, and if you want it a little sweeter you can add some stevia for a low carb option to increase the sweetness!

  4. Roll the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls for a delicious, protein packed, low carb snack!

  5. Keep refrigerated.
