Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Add the protein powder, almond meal, nut butter, maple syrup, sugarfree choc chips, vanilla extract and a few cracks of sea salt to a mixing bowl.

Add 80ml unsweetened almond milk and start to mix the ingredients together to form a dough. Use your hands to properly knead the dough, adding extra splashes of almond milk if required to get your desired consistency.

Taste the mixture, and if you want it a little sweeter you can add some stevia for a low carb option to increase the sweetness!

Roll the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls for a delicious, protein packed, low carb snack!
