I am very happy,with Optimum Nutritions pre-workout advance powder.The Pre-workout works well,just enough for what you need,not too strong, like some others out there. Taste is OK,not the best,but good enough to drink,without heaving.

Best combination! I ordered this pre workout because i never tried any pre workout before and I had previously ordered creatine and when I received & tried it, I didn't like the taste because it was bitter & unflavored creatine. Now I combine creatine and the pre workout & both Optimum Nutrition & and I am absolutely loving it. I don't taste the bitterness of creatine anymore.
