Michael Rigoni

My fitness journey began during my first year of college. I found that I could take any stress from the first half of my day, and leave it all in the gym. Having to commute an hour and a half each way from the suburbs to downtown Chicago for school made things difficult, and time management became crucial in staying on track with school and training. My field of study was biology, and I knew that in order to feel fulfilled I would eventually make my way into the healthcare industry. I established my career in new product development for a medical device manufacturer in Cary, IL. One thing I learned about myself through all of this is that I have a very achievement-oriented mindset; it's impossible for me to give less than 100% once I've locked onto a goal. My life long objective is to find the limits of my genetic potential both functionally, and aesthetically.

Over the past 6 years I've truly cultivated my love for fitness & nutrition. What was once a general routine of eating well and exercising has now become a full-fledged obsession with pushing my body to its limits week after week, honing in on the optimal way to nourish it, and stripping away the excess to reveal a competition level physique. I am forever a student of my own physiology. When not working my day job, or moving weight in the gym, I'm digging deep into understanding the impact that nutrition has on optimizing performance, and aesthetics. No one program works for everyone so it is crucial to test the various diet and training philosophies to find your optimal program for your goals. I couldn't be happier to have the opportunity to be a resource to all of you while you dial it in.

My background in product development gave me a deep appreciation for the quality of a product, and the necessity of ensuring that quality remains consistent.
