- Combine PB2 and water and stir together.
- Add in cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add the egg, salt, stevia, and Gold Standard Whey protein and mix together in the bowl.
- Add cocoa powder to bowl and mix together.
- Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Add chocolate chips one at a time onto cookies.
- Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.
