Suggested Use

Mix about one scoop (37-38g) of the powder into 6 to 8 fluid ounces of cold water, milk, or other beverage using a blender or shaker cup. Blend or shake until powder is dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30-60 minutes after you work out, or have it anytime to boost your protein intake.
