There are several different reasons why a transaction may fail. Firstly, please make sure that your billing information matches the information your bank/ cc company has on file for you and exactly as they have it. Additionally, we do not accept any pre-paid cards or gift cards. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can only ship to US residential addresses and therefore, do not allow international billing addresses. Your Fed Ex tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided while placing your order. Once you receive an invoice, your order has shipped and your Fed Ex tracking number will be in the upper right hand corner of the invoice. Additionally, you can always reach out to our Consumer Affairs department at [email protected] and they would be happy to help you out.
In order to authenticate a product, it is important to always purchase through authorized sellers of our products. An approved list of our International Distributors can be found here: You will want to contact them directly to find out which resellers in your area they work closely with. Our Consumer Affairs department can also help you authenticate product if given all information needed (batch, pictures, etc.) Please contact [email protected] so that we can further assist you.
Thank you for choosing Optimum Nutrition. The safety seal on our tubs of Gold Standard Whey is the outer plastic band. As long as there was a seal around the outside of the container, the product is perfectly safe to use. The paper flap on the inside of the container is not a heat- treated seal to the jar and is meant to come off. More often than not, it will be within the lid of the container when you open it and is there simply to help further contain the powder.
We did recently have a packaging refresh. There may be various products of ours in market that are the same formula, but have slightly different packaging.
