Berry Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop amino energy powder
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sunflower)
- In a high-speed blender, blend together all ingredients until thick and creamy. Depending on the power of the blender, add more liquid as needed (1 tbsp at a time).
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings, such as granola and fresh fruit.
