Berry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop amino energy powder
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sunflower)

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend together all ingredients until thick and creamy. Depending on the power of the blender, add more liquid as needed (1 tbsp at a time).
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings, such as granola and fresh fruit.
