The best

"Easy to digest. Best flavour (not too sweet nor the intense artificial flavour). The absolute best for blending into everything."

I’ve tried a number of

"I’ve tried a number of protein powders over the years, and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Isolate is one of the best. It mixes effortlessly with water or milk, has a smooth texture with no lumps, and the flavour is excellent without being overly sweet. The high protein content and low sugar make it an ideal choice for supporting recovery and helping me hit my daily protein goals. It’s also easy on the stomach, which is something I’ve found isn’t always the case with other whey proteins. Although it’s a little more expensive than some alternatives, the quality, taste and consistency more than justify the price. If you’re looking for a premium whey isolate that delivers on every front, I’d highly recommend it."
