I went to the gym to do a 'light' leg day and ended up running so fast on the treadmill that I accidentally traveled back to 1985. In all seriousness, the energy is clean, the focus is laser-sharp, and the pump is real. My weights felt like they were made of marshmallows. 10/10 would recommend if you want to feel like a superhero (or if you just need to reorganize your entire house at 3:00 AM).
