8 Week High Protein Diet Test
There are a lot of myths and rumors about high-protein diets floating around the gym. Those wanting to know more about the concept might be interested in a scientific study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition comparing different protein diets while weight training.

The higher protein diet contained more calories, but was otherwise similar to the lower protein diet. Neither eating program significantly altered weight room performance, body composition or markers of general health. Check out today’s Performance Blog for carb supplementation tips.
