  • Dates, pitted 3-4
  • Black beans, drained and rinsed 15oz
  • Gold Standard 100% Plant, Chocolate 2 scoops
  • Almond butter ¼ cup 
  • Cocoa powder 1 Tbs
  • Unsweetened applesauce 2 Tbs
  • Almond milk 1 Tbs
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Coconut, shredded 120g


  1. In a food processor, combine dates, black beans, Gold Standard 100% Plant, almond butter, applesauce, cocoa powder, vanilla, almond milk, 60g coconut and salt until blended into a dough-like texture.
  2. Roll mixture into 15-20 tablespoon-sized balls. Coat balls with remaining coconut shreds.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
