    High Protein Vanilla Blueberry Muffins
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven 375°/350° for convection ovens.
 - In a large bowl mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder.
 - In another bowl mix together the vanilla extract, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, Greek yogurt and the skim milk.
 - Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 - Fold in the blueberries. Pro tip: Lightly roll your blueberries in flour before adding to muffin mix to prevent blueberries from sinking to bottom of muffin.
 - Spoon the batter into a standard 12-mold muffin lined muffin tray.
 - Bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden. Test with a skewer inserted into the center and ensure it comes out clean.
 - Cool on a wire rack and then store in an airtight container.
