Cake Donut Protein Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all 3 ingredients together into a dough
  3. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  4. Roll cookie dough flat between 2 pieces of parchment paper
  5. Cut cookies into desired shapes using cookie cutters
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and let cool
