La glutamine est un acide aminé naturellement présent dans l'organisme. Faisant partie des éléments constitutifs des protéines, elle joue un rôle dans ta nutrition générale, en particulier pendant les périodes d'entraînement intense. La glutamine en poudre d'Optimum Nutrition fournit de la L-glutamine pure, qui te permet de compléter ton apport quotidien en acides aminés dans le cadre d'un régime alimentaire équilibré et d'un mode de vie actif.
Contenant de la L-glutamine pure à 100 %, cette poudre non aromatisée se mélange facilement à ton shake ou à ta boisson protéinés préférés et constitue un élément essentiel de toute routine d'entraînement sérieuse.

L-glutamine
Pour les allergènes, y compris les céréales contenant du gluten, voir les ingrédients dans Peut contenir des traces de lait, soja, gluten, œuf, fruits à coque, arachides
Il suffit d'ajouter une mesure rase (5,25 g) à 240 ml d'eau froide, de votre boisson préférée ou de ON Shake, et de mélanger jusqu'à ce que la poudre soit dissoute. Consommation quotidienne recommandée : jusqu'à 2 portions par jour.
Conserver au frais, au sec et tenir hors de la portée des jeunes enfants. Le numéro de batch/à consommer de préférence avant fin : voir le packaging.
