"These are absolutely game changing. 50G protein at only 290 cals is insane. These shakes are liquid in consistency (just like a glass of milk) and far easier to drink that your traditional shakes which tend to get thicker from using powders. Taste also far exceeds that of your traditional shakes - so easy to drink. have tried all the flavours and I prefer the vanilla for daily use, but the chocolate and strawberry are also good for a change - especially if I'm craving chocolate or something sweet."
