"Similar to Most other supplements - it can be a bit of a struggle to carry a tub with me, and putting the powder into a sandwich bag… well you’re just asking for trouble at that point. The powder mixes easily and the size of the sachets mean you can rip them open and pour them into a generic water bottle with no spillage!
