Chocolate & Pistachio Overnight Oats
  1. In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and honey, then stir well.
  3. Mix in the chopped pistachios. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of extra milk.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. Stir before serving, adding more milk if needed. Top with extra pistachios and enjoy!
