Protein Banana Bread

Protein Banana Bread
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190°/170° fan ovens.
  2. Line a 1kg loaf tin with baking parchment paper.
  3. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, ground oats, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, bread soda, baking powder and cinnamon and mix really well.
  4. Pour into the prepared tin.
  5. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove and allow to cool.
  7. Meanwhile make the topping by mixing the Greek yoghurt and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder together in a bowl. Once the cake has cooled remove from the tin and spread this mixture all over the top. Slice half a banana and scatter over the topping.
  8. Slice and serve.
