“Life is all about balance”, when it comes to 45 year old, full time fitness studio owner and mom, Sandy Sklar. “I’m lucky to wake up every morning and do something I love!” From playing competitive sports in her teens to hitting the fitness stage in her 20’s, her love and passion for fitness, fueled her interest to pursue it as a life long career. She continues to navigate the fitness industry, for over 21 years, as a fitness instructor, studio owner and fitness influencer. She loves sharing her knowledge and love for fitness, in hopes to inspire others through movement, especially busy moms. In her spare time, Sandy enjoys staying active with her family outdoors: hiking, swimming and white water rafting.
