Hydrowhey Protein Blueberry Pancakes
- 45g Liquid Egg Whites
- 20g Pancake Mix
- 15g Vanilla Hydrowhey
- 5g Coconut Flour
- 2g Stevia
- 20g Fresh Blueberries
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until silky smooth.
- Place a portion of the mixture on the pan to cook.
- Cook each pancake about 1-2 minutes on each side.
